A miracle to me was given
One very stressful day
It was an angel for my pocket
and for a year that's where she stayed.
She was a constant reminder
Of Jesus' love for me
When from on the cross one stressful day
Jesus died for me.
The decisions I've made throughout my life
I'm sure they weren't the best
And as for my poor little Angel?
Well, I've sure put her to the test.
But she did her job and she did it well
I'm finally safe and sound
But as for my poor little Angel?
Well, she's tired of hangin' around.
So I offer to you now, with love
The same miracle given to me
This here Angel for your pocket
A reminder that Jesus' love has...set you free.
This poem was written for a very dear
Friend of mine. Who for now, needs
my Angel worse than I do.
Brandy, I love you. You gave of yourself,
more than you will ever know. I can never
begin to thank you nearly enough.
For but a moment in time, you were my Angel. Thank You!
